Examining the dimensions of the principle of irresponsibility in the regulation of New media

Abstract

Most writers have addressed the issue of social media irresponsibility,This issue has been studied and concluded from the perspective of social media relations towards the behavior of users in the media environment.While presenting a complete theory about the responsibility of new media .In addition to users, attention also depends on other aspects of these media.In summary, these funds are:

A- The responsibility of new media towards the behavior of users

B. The responsibility of the new media towards national sovereignty

The premise of this paper is to provide policy advice for the regulation of these media in the correct analysis and attention to the effective components in the relationship between the new media and the above axes.

In the resolution of the High Commission for Regulation of Policies and the great requirements of supporting competition and countering the monopoly of cyberspace platforms, other aspects of this market have also been considered.
